Oswego Lock

We were anxious for our first lock never having done a lock before. We entered with a boat, Isle of Skye, that took this trip a few years ago. Us being new and them, Laura and Wallace, experienced we took the advice they were willing to offer. They stayed with us for the first three locks and then left us on our own. Isle of Skye, being a trawler, crusied a few knots faster than us. They assured us we would meet up again. We did, that night we tied up on the same wall.
