Our Second Day in Belhaven

We did take the golf cart to Food Lion grocery store. The best part we made it back before the battery went ran out of juice. I'm amazed how many golf carts are licensed and driven on the roads in the south.

We checked out the town and had lunch at Wine and Words. It was so delectable that we made a reservation for dinner with two other couples that evening. Here we are at dinner in the photo. From left to right, Gail, Larry, Sara, Monty, Jim and Sherry. We had a wonderful meal and enjoyed the company of our friends and the folks at Wine and Words. We will definitely stop in again.

We have met many people like ourselves traveling South and living on their boats some part time and some full time. We have been pleasantly surprised to have company, getting a late start from Deltaville we thought we would be all alone!
