Cruising the Potomac

I know it's been a long time again since my last post and I promised it wouldn't be. Well I'm going to try something new, mobile posting from my phone. We'll see if this works. A friend said to me not long ago that I must not be board if I'm busy and not finding time to blog. I'm hoping that doing it from my phone will help.

I have lots to share since I last blog but I'll leave that for another time.

We left Washington DC yesterday by boat at 12:15 and arrived at Marshall Hall an anchorage across from Mt Vernon, President George Washington's historic home at 3:15 PM. We are taking a 16 day boat trip to cruise out to the Chesapeake Bay.

We are into day 2 of our journey. We got an early start but are taking our time. The weather is fabulous, the sun is shining the breeze is keeping us cool and we are relaxing (the most important part).

Well here goes I'm going to attempt to publish this. I hope it works and I do it right.
