Oriental

We were under way around 8 AM this morning. The sun was shining and it became very warm in our enclosure. We had a good trip and arrived in Oriental, NC around 3:30 PM this afternoon. There was a Christmas parade and celebration happening in town today. As you can see by the photo everyone gets into the spirit. Santa is lounging on a hammock aboard a sailboat. This was our second parade, we also watched one in Elizabeth City. We have never been to a Christmas parade and this is two in one week.

It does seen strange without snow but we don't mind. We are looking forward to getting further South for more warmth.
