Myrtle Beach - Marina at Grand Dunes

The picture is of a pontoon bridge. After it disconnects from the road it motors over to a dock! It was the first of it's kind that we have come across. It was very interesting to watch it work.

Today we didn't get as far as we planned the current was against us. We stayed overnight at Marina at Grand Dunes. It will be a very large complex when it is finished, complete with stores, hotel, restaurant and golf course. I am amazed at the construction in this area, condos everywhere.
