Relaxing After Christmas

We decided to hang out at Lady's Island Marina today. The weather was not conducive for travel off shore in the Atlantic. The wind was blowing 35 to 40 knots and the waves were 3 to 4 feet and building. Good choice.

We invited Joe the marina manager and his wife Candie for dinner aboard our boat. We enjoyed listening to their trips to the Bahamas and looking at their pictures. They have lived aboard their boat for about 6 years. They say they don't know what the next 6 will bring. It's great to have options.

We are planning to leave early tomorrow morning. We will be going off shore for an overnight. Weather permitting.
